My Investment Portfolio (April 2015)
STI ended the month at 3487 points, up again from last month. Markets in Shanghai and Hong Kong had a good rally this month and STI caught up with some of their gains. Some actions in the S-chips listed on SGX had also observed, following the rally in some of the secondary listings on SGX which had their primary listing in Hong Kong.
For this month, I have attended the following AGMs/EGMs/briefings - Tuan Sing, Sabana REIT, CapitaMall Trust, CapitaRetail China, Isetan, SBS Transit, Chip Eng Seng, Huan Hsin, Super Group, Ho Bee Land, QAF, CapitaLand and Hong Fok.
For my top 30 holdings, there were no change in the stock names, just some minor changes in the positions.
I have bought the following companies from the market this month - CSE Global, EnGro, Keppel T&T, LTC Corp, Samudera Shipping, Southern Packaging, Tan Chong International, Transit Mixed Concrete and Yeo Hiap Seng. I have also closed my position in Singapore Windsor.
I have accepted the following voluntary delisting/cash offer this month - Junma Tyre Cord. I have also participated in the following rights issues - China Fishery, GKE, Lorenzo and WE Holdings.
I have participated in the following scrip dividend schemes - Boustead Projects (listing via dividend in specie) and Global Investments.
Next month will be a quiet month in terms of AGM and I will spend some time to read through those annual reports that I have missed out this month. It is also a good dividend paying month as most companies holding their AGMs in April will be paying out dividends in May. I will seek to re-invest those dividends prudently back into the market.

Hi foolcj,
Yes, I am still holding onto my stake in DMX.
I think though the CEO is still the director, she had been suspended from her executive duties and operationally, another person had been running the company.
About the saga, I think we should not jump into conclusion yet until the investigation is over. So far, I still do not know who are guilty and to what extent is the damage to DMX. But as stated in the latest announcement, it seems that a lot of the receivables are not there and therefore not collectable. Since receivables form a large part of the company's assets, it should have a significant impact to the company.
As to whether I see them going under, frankly speaking I really don't know. I hope that KDDI will still support DMX but if they do not, I do forsee things becoming more worse.
We can only now hope for the best.
