My Investment Portfolio (July 2007)

No better time to update my portfolio here after Friday's selldown. For the first time in many months, Raffles Education dropped out of my top holding. The selldown was due to rumours about the bank account being frozen in one of its China schools which the company came out to deny. Pacific Andes and Low Keng Huat are in my top 30 holdings this month because I managed to buy some excess rights shares from their recent concluded rights issues. Jiutian Chemical was an amazing performer for this month and it is in my top 30 holdings for the first time.

Not a good month for property stocks as a few of them dropped out of my top 30 holdings. S'pore Government announcement of increase in development charge rate this month doesn't help their performance.

Note that the changes are not due to my activities in buying/selling, but rather the changes in market price of my stocks. I remain vested and will continue to add into my portfolio every month whenever I have some spare cash to invest.
